What do you think you want from a long lasting relationship? What is important to you and WHY? consider at least five factors explaining your choice.

From a long lasting relationship I want :
- To feel valued:
I want to feel valued and important and also feel that he is important too in my life and to be able to value them. It is important to feel valued because I would know I am loved and respected and I am important to him and that he is to me too.

- To love and be loved
I want the relationship to be both ways, to feel loved and to be able to love. It is not going to work if the relationship is a one way relationship. It is important to be loved and to be able to give love so your desires are met and that you have that sense of belonginig.

- To be fulfilled
To feel fulfilled and not feel like am missing out on things, to be able to full fill my desires and my partners as well. Its important to be fulfilled because then you wouldn’t feel that your missing out and the relationship wouldn’t be stable enough if you are not meeting your desires and.... .

- To be able to enjoy myself
It is important for me to enjoy myself being in the relationship, because then I would feel happy and not miserable, and I would know that I have made the right decision . There is no point to be in a relationship with someone and not to be able to enjoy yourself when you’re being around with them.

- Companionship
I want him to be my one camponian in life, through tough times, through my sorrows, my happiness and through all stages of my life. I want to feel that I would always have someone who I can put my head down next to and feel safe and happy.

2. Before people involve themselves in a sexual relationships what 5 factors should they consider to ensure they have made the right decision? Consider at least five factors explaining your choices.

Be sure you are really ready

It is important that you are really ready for it so that you know that you are not pressured in to it, that you are confident about it, have what it takes, and know the consicances of a sexual relationship so that you dont feel regret in the future and have a positive experience.

Protected from sexually transmitted infections

You need to know if you are protected form sexually transmitted infections and diseases so that you don't get one and be stuck with it for the rest of your life. You need to be protected so that you don't cause yourself and your body any harm.

Protect yourself from pregnancy

If you are under age and not ready for a pregnancy than you should consider protecting yourself from unplanned pregnancies. This is important so that you don't face those issues of unplanned pregnancies and with that creating issues for your self mentally and emotionally and also for your family and other people around you.

Understand what it means to lose your virginity

You need to understand that if this will be you worth losing your virginity to, or is the person worth having this gift, (religion) will this affect in the future dignity; it is important to understand this because than you don't face family, religious, emotional issues in the future of it. You need to value yourself and that moment of once in a lifetime which you won't get back.

Know why would want to have sex

It is important to know this so that you are not just being controlled by hormones, that you actually know that you are ready for this and now the things that you might have to face after it, so that you are physically and emotionaly ready for it and that you are not just rushing in to it and not taking things in to consideration.

To trust and to be honest

It is important in a relationship to be able to trust and also to be honest about your feelings and the things that you would be comfortable with and not, to be open about your likes and dislikes. It is important because than it would help you have confident and also to avoid any future regrets and also enjoy the time.

No relationship is perfect, but it should be respectful, loving and healthy.
